How can I automate importing a CSV into a dashboard?

I also already have automation set up pulling a CSV each month for survey, but I would like to use that same list and make a dashboard for the file - for even the rows where the person did not fill out the survey.

    What do you use to automate the pull? Is it python? And is there a reason you have to import the csv instead of connecting the dashboard directly to the survey?

    I would like to use the whole data file, even those who did not complete the survey . Currently the dashboard is connected to the Survey, but I just am able to pull those who completed the survey into the dashboard. (Unless there is another way to get all data in the dashboard)

    Right now, just using the normal contact import automation from a location.
