Hi There!
Quick follow-up question... Are you wanting to tag those folks? Or have you already tagged them and want to filter them out?
If its the former, you should be able to go into data and analysis -> data -> click the tools drop down on top right -> create new field and use any of the methods in the pop up to tag them. From there, you should be able to access that new var in your crosstabs. You can also access the create new field functionality by hovering over the current var (in data & analyses) and clicking the green plus sign that appears... should be the first option on that drop down as well.
If its the latter, once you run the cross tab, you should be able to access the filtering option on the top left of the page.
