Weekly Product Release Notes - June 10, 2020

  1. Viewing Customer Activity on Tickets: If your license has XM Directory and a ticket is generated for a contact from your directory, you can view the contact’s information and touchpoint timeline from the ticket. 
  2. XM Directory Funnel Event: New event in global actions, allows users to start workflows based on events from XM Directory, such as contact opt-out.
  3. Validation: Page revised for clarify, additional examples. 
  4. Scheduled Actions: Actions can now be triggered on a schedule instead of being based on an event. See Scheduled Actions vs. Event-Based Actions and Scheduled Actions.
  5. Getting Notified When a Scheduled Action Succeeds: With the release of scheduled actions also comes a unique notification that can be set for them.
  6. CSV/TSV Upload Issues: Updates to steps and new helpful tips.
  7. Relevant ID: This Fraud Detection setting has been updated so that you can chose the timeframe after which a respondent is no longer flagged as a duplicate.

CX Dashboards

  1. CX COVID-19 Solutions Terms of Use: Updated for Customer Confidence Pulse (including 2.0), Digital Open Door, & Frontline Connect.


  1. Sending Surveys with the Slack App: Changes to how multiple choice and NPS questions are visualized when embedded in Slack. HTML emojis are now compatible with embedded Slack surveys.
  2. Finding Qualtrics IDs: New section on finding Survey IDs.


  1. Return to Work Pulse 2.0: An updated version of the Return to Work Pulse COVID-19 XM Solution. Available to existing EX users. 
  2. Participant Tools (EX): The “Update Invited Counts” job has been moved from the Response Rates widget to the Participant Tools menu. Note: this feature is slowly being rolled out to different data centers over the next week.
  3. Importing Engagement Participants: There is now an error-checker to detect common file issues when uploading Engagement participants. This update does not impact Lifecycle or General Feedback - their importer is documented here.
  4. EX COVID-19 Solutions Terms of Use: Updated for Return to Work Pulse (including 2.0), Remote + Onsite Work Pulse, Remote Educator Pulse, and Healthcare Workforce Pulse.
