Am I able to create something in my survey that would simulate/fake a website?

Hi all,
I'm new to Qualtrics and I am currently using it for a survey research project. For this project, I am hoping that within the survey I am able to implement an element that would simulate a website. Specifically a news website. All I need to do is have something that allows people to click on "news stories", take them to the corresponding story, and then for them to be able to go back to the previous "page" with the other stories. It doesn't need to be complex, meaning that I don't need graphics, only text.
Does anybody know if it is possible to do this in a survey? and if so, how would I go about doing that??

Thank you!

We can use simple html and javscript in html view of the question to create such functionality.

You could implement your simulated news website on a web host and display it in an iframe located within a question's question text.
