I have a survey with many matrix questions and was wondering if there was a fast way to put mobile friendly off for all the matrix questions.
Is there any other way than exporting as qsf and changing it from there?

No, there isn't. There would have to be awful lot of matrix questions to make it worth the effort of doing it through a .qsf instead of just un-checking Mobile Friendly on each question.
