Creating a slider question with custom graphics

Hattie London, UKCommunity Member Qubie ✭

Hi, I am new to Qualtrics and am using the platform for my thesis research. I want to create four visual analogue scales with a smiley/ sad face at either end as the scale. I have attached a picture of the questionnaire I am trying to recreate in Qualtrics. I have read through other posts however they talk about using Java Script and I have no idea what I am doing. I cannot express how grateful I would be for some support!

Best wishes, Hattie

One way to overcome this would be use a Matrix question. You can use the Bipolar type to change the choices to graphics on either side of the scale.

You can choose the number of scale points and edit the text and graphic in the Rich Content Editor.

It might be something like this.

    Hope this helps.

Hi, I'm trying to create a very similar slider question for my research. Did you end up figuring out how to do this?
