I would like to add a feature to my question that forces the respondent to go to a specific explanation question if they select either one of two choices. Can anyone share how I can do this? Am I limited to only using this feature with only one choice? Thanks for any help you can give!

I would just add the two explanatory questions directly after the question you are referencing, then use Display Logic on each question so that they only appear when the certain choice is selected: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/question-options/display-logic/

You can even do it in page so that when they select the choice the explainer appears in the moment.
