Digital XM Solution for Commerce: A Pre-built DX Program, Configured Automatically for You

Our customers have told us that building, testing, and launching a Customer Experience program can be difficult; it requires getting past a steep learning curve in product knowledge. We hear you, and we’re actively making our products easier to use in response.
Qualtrics is excited to introduce the first automated XM Program, a fully configured end-to-end CX program that is built for you at the touch of a button. This XM Program captures the Digital Customer Experience across your website as it relates to a commerce-specific use case. This includes all the recommended touchpoints, such as overall site experience, persistent feedback, site abandonment, cart abandonment, and post transaction. 
Note: You must have access to CX Dashboards and Website Feedback in order to use the Digital XM Solution for Commerce.
To take advantage of this program, look for the Digital XM Solution for Commerce within the Create New menu. 
Click Create, and follow the step by step instructions within the setup assistant. Here, you can customize the pre-built content to what best meets your organization’s needs. Once Qualtrics has built the program, you’ll see all of the surveys, a Website Feedback project with creatives and intercepts, and a dashboard configured for you. The new program capabilities also include a new Program Overview page, where you can keep track of all of your important metrics in one place. Lastly, step-by-step guidance is available on the right to walk you through the remaining setup needed to launch.
This new feature capability will enable your organization to launch programs quicker, leading to reduced time-to-insight, action, and innovation. It also allows all your websites to have state-of-the-art digital programs with minimal effort from your team or from vendors or IT teams.
