How to update the email address of your XM Community Account?

I created my XM Community account using my work email id but wanted to change this to my personal email id so that I can retain my account incase I switch employers. I tried to update this through my account, but couldnt as the feature was blocked.
Please advise if you could help update this from the backend?
I need to update my email from amit.gupta@kcc.com to amith.creations@gmail.com

Hi AmitGupta - in order to maintain full access to your Qualtrics XM Community account, we will need to make sure the email address you use is associated with a Qualtrics account. If you choose to transfer your Qualtrics XM Community account to a personal email address, you may be flagged as a 'Trial Account User', and will have limited XM Community permissions (i.e. no access to Product Ideas, the Job Postings / Freelance category, Industry Forums, etc.).
