    1. Using Your Own SMS Provider: If your company has a preexisting relationship with Twilio, you can now use that to send SMS distributions in Qualtrics. 

    2. User Permissions: New section of user permissions to control access to 3rd party extensions. 

    3. Email Organization Settings: New option to enable or disable the length tag in DKIM signatures. 

    4. Check Survey Accessibility: Page revised with added tips to make surveys accessible & new section about accessible survey themes. 

    5. Web Service Task: New option added to add a task summary.

    7. Dashboard Notifications Improvements: Added support for roles, user attributes, notification groups, and custom metrics to make the dashboard notification setup easier and more comprehensive.

    9. Benchmark Editor (EX): Small changes to the user interface in the benchmark editor; functionality and options available have not changed.

    10. Employee Directory (EX): Groups have been removed from directories. This does not affect user groups, which still exist.

    11. Enhanced Anonymity: The Anonymity tab in dashboard settings is only available to Brand Administrators and EX Administrators.

    13. Managing a Single Directory Contact: New section explaining opt-out behavior at different levels in the directory.

    15. Brand Driver Quadrant Chart: This new widget shows how a specific brand’s drivers scored against the industry as a whole, as well as the relative importance of each driver.
