We are performing user satisfaction surveys. For this we used to send paper surveys with a product and asked participants to fill in the survey AFTER 4 weeks ONLY (after experiencing the product). This obviously created many issues (too early or never getting responses). I was wondering if there is a possibility to use QR code so that the participant could scan the code and receive the online survey after 4 weeks ONLY? Here confidentiality is the key, because we don´t want to store any participants' personal data (like emails).

Hi there, if you still need, this is possible by using a Workflow set up with an "XM Directory Task" that is set to "Distribute Survey".
https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-module/xm-directory-task/#SendingEmails
It would involve 2 surveys - 1 that is the QR Code/Sign Up survey and another that is your Product Review survey.
The QR Code/Sign Up survey would just collect the reviewers email address and then upon submission, an XM Directory Task with a 28 day delay can be put in place before the Product Review survey is sent to that email address.
With the Product Review survey set to Anonymize responses, you should be all set on confidentiality.
