Could it be possible to customize the look and feel, design of response summary that is sent via email which also can be saved as PDF?

Hi SandhyaM ,
If you're using the response summary PDF and emails found under Actions, those are largely based on the design elements in the survey itself. I don't know of any way built into the system to control the design of those items specifically.
