Skip a whole block or two

Hey everyone,
I have a question regarding skipping a whole block or two based on a condition or quota. The idea is that actually 50% should see a certain block at the beginning of the questionnaire while the other 50% should see it at the end. I tried to do this with a branch and when the quota is met. However, I am not able to set a quota to 50% only to full numbers I think.
I would be very happy for any suggestions or ideas!
Thank you already so much!

You can use randomizer to select one of the embedded data value from two values (1 and 2), select "Evenly Present Elements". And then you can use branch logic to show block at the top if value is 1 and at bottom if value is 2.

Okay, but how can I assign randomly value 1 or 2 to each participant?
