When downloading the email distributions they are generated with an export-EMD_###############-YYYY-MM-DDT##-##-##Z.csv Is there a place that ties the email distribution list to a survey and send date?

I'm unclear as to what your question is. It sounds like you are looking at looking an an email distribution history? If you are, open the file and it will have their survey links and send date and time (if you are doing it before finishing). The survey ID in the links would tie it back to a particular survey you've issued.
