CoreXM

• Project Approvals: Project approval notifications are now controlled through the notifications feed. Double check your overall / channel subscription settings.


• Languages in Qualtrics: The XM Platform is now available in Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia. 


• Actions Notifications: New section on support page explaining automatic deduplication rules for action notifications.



Mobile App SDK



• Multi-Intercept Support: A new version of Mobile SDK that enables multiple intercept capabilities. Note: This feature links to the Qualtrics API documentation, which is separate from the Qualtrics Support Site.


• Mobile Embedded Feedback: This guided setup presents a natively-built, conversational listening solution to gain higher engagement in app users.



EX



• Action Idea Boards: New feature for Lifecycle and Engagement projects. Action idea boards help dashboard owners crowdsource ideas from their team on what they should do to improve employee engagement.

XM App



• XM Directory Profile Card: Enables XM App users with XM Directory to see contact data and respondents’ previous customer interactions.


• Commenting on Responses: Users can now leave comments on response ticker widgets in dashboards, on both desktop and mobile. (CX Dashboards, EX Dashboards)



EX



• Text iQ Bubble Widget for EX Dashboards: Analyze, report, and filter on the Bubble Widget in EX dashboards (already in CX Dashboards), which shows topics, topic-level sentiment, and topic hierarchies.



Actions



• Calculate Metric Task for CX Dashboards: Enables the calculate metric task to work with CX dashboard fieldsets.
