Survey Builder

• Question Behavior: Options also appear in a right-click menu, which has changed its appearance. Options listed are the same.


• Trial Sample Projects: New to DesignXM trial users. Premade projects already loaded with data that appear automatically in the account, so it’s easier to try out Qualtrics functionality during the trial period (for features such as Text iQ, Results, Stats iQ, and Crosstabs).



XM App



• XM App Login Improvements: Small changes to wording on the XM app to reduce confusion when choosing a login method.


• XM Directory Profile Card: Enables XM App users with XM Directory to see contact data and respondents’ previous customer interactions.


• Commenting on Responses: Users can now leave comments on response ticker widgets in dashboards, on both desktop and mobile. (CX Dashboards, EX Dashboards)



EX



• Text iQ Bubble Widget Integration for EX Dashboards: Analyze, report, and filter on the Bubble Widget in EX dashboards (already in CX Dashboards), which shows topics, topic-level sentiment, and topic hierarchies.



Actions



• Calculate Metric Task for CX Dashboards: Enables the calculate metric task to work with CX dashboard fieldsets.


• Actions Reporting: Two new statuses in actions reporting: queued and in-progress.



Notifications Feed



• High / Low Response Notifications: A graph has been added showing the last 90 days, so it’s easier to see how this spike or dip in responses is unusual for your dataset.
