Hello,
I'm new to Qualtrics. I'm trying to conduct surveys using qualtrics. Two of my surveys require the use of a 7-point Likert Scale. I'm trying to use the Net Promoter Score to set up my option but the scale is set up to 10. Is there a way to reduce the scale from 10 to 7?

Hi RoseMM70
NPS is a standard question with scale set to 10.
However for 7 point scale you can have a multiple choice question with horizontal alignment and group them into promoters, passive & detractors into the survey flow.
