I'm new to Qualtrics. I'm trying to conduct surveys using qualtrics. Two of my surveys require the use of a 7-point Likert Scale. I'm trying to use the Net Promoter Score to set up my option but the scale is set up to 10. Is there a way to reduce the scale from 10 to 7?
