Qualtrics TLS Upgrades

The docs here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/getting-started/browser-cookies/#TLS state that the TRACK_TLS1_0 cookie can be used to track the clients and from one of our error notifications, we observe that this cookie is set to false.

"set-cookie":["TRACK_TLS1_0=FALSE; path=/"],

Does this mean that we are in tact to this TLS1.2 version and need not worry about 426 response code or do we still need to configure our client to TLS 1.2 version, please kindly calrify.

Hi @Vasavi - you are correct! If the TRACK_TLS1_0 cookie is set to FALSE and you don't receive an HTTP 426, then your API client is using TLS1.2 and thus considered "compliant". If you have any additional questions, be sure to reach out to our Support Team.
