Hi I'm Elaine from the UK. I work for Centrica and I've been working with Qualtrics for about 3 years. I'm now at that stage where I'm starting to do some more complicated things (at least it's complicated for me!) I'm keen to learn from the community and offer support where I can do so. My name is Gaye. I am from Virginia Beach, VA. I am a Quality Assurance Manager at Segra and have worked with Qualtrics over the last year. I use Qualtrics to get feedback from our customers in order to help improve their experience with Segra’s Customer Care team. Since we are a Telecommunications Industry I am looking for ways to better understand how our customers perceive value for our services.

Although we don't use Qualtrics the underlying principles and aims remain the same i.e. by collecting feedback to collect actionable insights enabling client facing teams to close the loop and so, iteratively and patiently improve that customer experience

Hello everyone, i´m Bruno Guimarães from São Paulo - Brazil. I´m passionate about people and customer experience. I Lead CXPA Brazil Network, work at Qualtrics as a CX Solution Strategist for Brazil and i´m the founder of the Amigos do CX Community.

Graduated in Advertising and Marketing with a postgraduate degree in Management (FGV-DF), Digital Marketing (ESPM-SP), Sports Marketing (Ibmec-RJ) and certified by CX University.

In his spare time he is a triathlete, he has already completed 5 Ironman’s, 8 marathons and 2 ultra marathons, crossing the Andes Mountains running. Father of Ana Carolina and Bento!

I'm Elena, currently a freelancer but before I was Head of Customer Relations at a bank. I earned CCXP a year ago but am always curious about new ideas, courses, reports, and knowledge about CX&EX in general. In 2019 I've attended the Qualtrics London event and became a fan of the company:) Hoping to have a chance to use the solutions (did not have budgets for that before). I'm here to meet, share, learn, and talk all things CX:)

I am new to Qualtrics and the CX world. My new role will be direct oversight of our EX and CX programs and combine those strategies where appropriate. I am also hiring a CX manager and analyst, so wearing many hats now and quite busy but excited. Any advice, tips, etc. are appreciated.

Hello!

My name is Charlie Lindahl. I'm dedicated IT support for Campus Operations at the Texas A&M Health Science Center. My job is to adminstrate the server infrastructure underlying the Parking and Facilities Managment systems.

This entails system adminstration (users etc), report writing, database work, and a lot of ETL (data exchanges) as well as interfacing with our end users.

We had previously used a forms design program for user interaction but that is going away soon and we (TAMU) have a campus-wide license for Qualtrics so I'm using that.
