I have a 9 point liker scale. How can I prevent Qualtrics auto-formatting it?

The auto-format adds a scrolling bar to each liker question. Is there any way to expand the likert matrix so both the questions and scale are visible without scrolling? (image below). Respondents will be completing questionnaire on desktops so it does not have to be optimized for Mobile.!
