Piped Text in end of survey html message (dynamic Image url)

Any brilliant ideas for how someone might insert piped text to an image reference in html in an end of survey message? I have a service that will produce a personalized image with your first and last name and date but I have to get into the url to retrieve it and show in the message output.

For example, I have a url like this.

img alt="Personalized Image!" src="https://somewebsite/image/upload/${q://QID13/ChoiceTextEntryValue/1}/${q://QID13/ChoiceTextEntryValue/2},/${date://CurrentDate/DS}**/personalized_cool_image.jpg"

The bold items are qualtrics embedded data variables. Doing this way just produces a broken image as you might expect. In html mode you can't pipe in embeded data so I just stuck in to see what it would do.

Any ideas?
