Unable to View Data

So when I go to Tools->Salesforce->Trigger and Email Survey I get this view of all my needed Delta Contact information:

But when I go to Actions->Tasks I get this view and I can no longer see the fields I need:

!

What would be the cause of being able to see Delta Contact fields under one view but not the other? I want to build my email from the Actions tab since there I have the ability to set the link to expire after 24 hours.

@RCBIZMarketing - Are these the same field? One seems to end in a C, while the other an R. Also, one is separated by spaces, the other underscores.
