Hello. Hope all doing well!
A quick question - we are doing a project for a client that will require being able to provide a unique report to each of one of 946 sites included in the project. Thus we will create an overall dashboard which can be filtered by site name - we need to automate the export and emailing of these site level reports somehow. Is this at all possible? automate the filtering and exportation of 946 different data cuts into PDF?
Any help is appreciated

You can control dashboard access to particular site using data restrictions in dashboard sharing.
@LeeMer is it possible that you don't do the download work to PDF? Just grant the users access to the Dashboard by setting up a role and importing a list of the individuals that can be in that Dashboard role and do the export to PDF themselves?

@hillary_andersonoei That's what we do for course evaluations at our university. We have a SSO and we lock their access to their username that they use to log in, and also have that as an embedded data field when we create the contact list, I have them all in one role (ove 700) locking access to their username.
