Billing for Advanced Question Types

Hello! Is there anyone that pays for the File Upload question that has seen a new item in their bill for Advanced Question Types? I haven't been able to get an answer from my account manager or the renewals team for why we're seeing a new item as a renewal. The only information my account manager has provided so far is that Advanced Question Types includes the Timing, File Upload (which we already pay for separately), Screen Capture, Captcha Verification, and Meta Info.

    Your best resource is definitely going to be your Account Manager. If you're not getting the answers you need from them, I'd suggest setting up a meeting with them to talk through it.
