Disclosure - JS Must be Enabled

I run a few surveys where users have had problems because JS was disabled on their browser. I am trying to think of the best way to let a user see quickly if JS is enabled on their browser before they proceed with the survey (outside of them going to check their settings). Any thoughts?

I think Qualtrics will not work if JavaScript is disabled in the respondents' browser.

Well that's good to know...I am wondering how some (very small minority) of my participants were able to get to the survey, but were having issues with the JS being triggered. Any ideas?
