When clicking the hyperlink for the survey, the page displays “The URL is incorrect. Please double check the URL and try again.” This happens when we <a href="https://api.qualtrics.com/reference#transaction-batch-distribution-create">create a transaction batch survey distribution</a> through the API. If the emails are sent via a manual distribution from the Qualtrics web site the survey hyperlinks work.

Hi, @jtavenner! I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue with the hyperlinks that you have generated via API. I would suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can take a look into this with you! 🙂
Thanks. We forwarded our issue to Walker and they recommended we not use transactions and transaction batches. That has corrected the problem.
