I have a question related to API connection for exporting the survey results.
In the Get response survey file under the section Survey response exports the fileID generated, can it be used at anytime or each time I have to generate a new fileID using the get request to access the data?

You need to generate a new file Id each time (it is like exporting responses through the Qualtrics user interface. You can download previous exports, but they don’t include new response data). So, to automate the monthly process create a script that does all three export steps.
