Click radio or checkbox button to open URL in new window

I want to be able to click on a button (radio or check box) that opens a new window to a website. I'm able to do this when I create/insert a radio/checkbox button but not with the one created for the response, I think I'm missing something that refers to the question ID... anyone know how to easily to do this?

hey @EMack - You can achieve this by using a jQuery function [.change(function()] in the Add Javascript section of the question, have you tried that?
