I used to have the ability to resize an embedded window as shown in the support...but today it seems to be missing:

Hi Cristen, You can access this feature while setting up triggers in Website/App Feedback projects. This will allow you to display your creative window on your website with the available options. If you have Website/App feedback projects you don't need any trick to access this feature.
Hi "Eesh" I guess my original question didn't make sense. I've tried all of these things but I don't see any options for changing the size of the embedded window. Trigger or no trigger. The help section shows this as an option but from my UI, it is NOT there. I'll try submitting a ticket to them. thanks!
