Creating a dashboard that has no embedded data - how to map

Hi,
Still very new to the Qualtrics systems and trying to figure my way through.
I'm distributing a survey via anonymous link only. As there are no contact lists and therefore no embedded data, do I need to do anything when creating the dashboard to map either fields in the dashboard data and/or survey flow?

By default, any data from any of the questions you ask in the survey will be available for you to add to the dashboard. Here's how to map the data: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/dashboard-data-overview/

One thing to think about is if you want metadata from the browser. Here's some more info on that and how to add: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/question-types-guide/advanced/meta-info-question/

You could also consider adding respondents to the directory and therefore embedding response data from this survey as embedded data for the contact. Here's a good article on how to start with adding contacts from the survey: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/contact-list-triggers/
