I have a question on the Survey Trigger
I see distribution API as
https://api.qualtrics.com/reference#distribution-create-1
https://env.qualtrics.com/API/v3/distributions⠀
Is it the way to create trigger survey. I have survey definitions manually created within qualtrics and now need to trigger the surveys from an external system.
So like to know if distribution API is the recommended method to trigger a survey.

Yes, you can create a distribution via the API to send a survey to a mailing list, transaction batch or single contact.
If you aren't going to be a heavy API user, you should also check out the actions tab of the survey where you can send an HTTP request from an external system to send out a survey.
