Slider Creative not getting displayed

I have created a slider creative for my survey to be displayed on the right side of my website. While testing the preview and even while testing the intercept, the slider is not appearing on the right side (top, center, bottom). However its appearing in the left and top of the page. Need to know how to fix this issue. i have not added any display logic.
