Partial survey responses not showing in Salesforce

I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, but I need a response to a question to be sent to Salesforce even if the customer doesn't complete the whole survey.

I thought this was manageable through the survey option "Partial Completion", which I set like this:

However this is not working as I am not getting any data into Salesforce. The integration is working well and the data gets sent to Salesforce when the survey is completed. But if only a few answers are given and then the survey is abandoned, no data gets sent to Salesforce, even after 4 hours.

Am I missing something?

    @robruf Are you seeing these responses in the Completed responses list in Qualtrics based on the rule above. They need to first be recorded as completed before Qualtrics send over to SF. Ours close after 28 days and tend be send to SF at that time.

    Yes, responses show up in the Completed responses list.

    However, I found this on the doc:

    Seems like a condition is needed in order for the mapping to work. I tried adding a condition and it worked just fine.
