Can you please help on how to use custom font on a Site Intercept Pop-Over Creative and Feedback Button Creatives?

Your ability to have a custom font depends upon your Qualtrics license - which is a for-purchase add-on.

Look here about 3/4 down the page under Theming for information on fonts (see the Q-tip).
