is there a way to display the NPS scale in a vertical manner rather than the predifined horizontal one that the survey platform allows?
I was thinking about a workaround using vertical multiple choice... but that would originate all sorts of dificulties when linking to dashboards...
Assuming you're using the reports feature...
Would it work to use a visualization of type "bar chart" rather than "NPS?" You could have the data for the bar chart be the NPS categories of your NPS question, and set the chart to use vertical stacked bars.
