Unable to refresh report when new response comes in

Recorded responses showed on report is only 5 but total submitted responses were 10. What can I do?

    Hi @Max2020 ,

    There's really nothing you can do but wait for the responses in parentheses to process. If it's still that way after an hour or so, contact Support.

    Thanks ... yes, it did refresh overnight. I waited for over 4 hours but still couldn't refresh, but the next day, everything works again.
