Access code
I made a free account with my email but now I have an access code but can give it in. How can I delete my free account or how can I give in my access code?

Hi Helene1999, you will need to contact Qualtrics Support in order to delete the trial/free account! If you would like to then sign up for account under an existing Qualtrics license, you might want to also reach out to your institution's IT team if there's any special steps you might need to follow for signing up and for using the access code!
