Re-number choice or row number in slider question

I have a survey constructed completely of slider questions, with 9 questions all up and 15 choices in each.

I've managed to auto-number my questions in the survey so they make logical sense from Q1, Q2, Q3 etc through Q9, however the row numbers don't change when you use this feature.

Where I have re-ordered or changed the order of my "choices" (the rows in my slide question) the numbers in the resulting data export are also all out of order.

For example, Q9 shows the rows as Q9_1 Q9_17 Q9_18 Q9_19 Q9_20 Q9_21 Q9_22 etc

How can I re-number the rows/choices so they are sequential starting from 1 every time?

ie Q1_1, Q1_2, Q1_3.....Q2_1, Q2_2, Q2_3.....Q3_1, Q3_2, Q3_3 etc
