Dear Qualtrics community

When implementing a self-explicated conjoint with 2 features, I am only able to see one of the features appear in phase 1: elimination of unacceptable levels. This happens when 1 of the features is disabled. When both are enabled for this, none of the features are presented in step 1 and the survey starts immidiatly at stage 2.
This happens when both are enabled: !
!

While with one enabled and 1 disabled: !
!

I do need them both in the elimination process, is there any way to do this?

Thank you for helping

Hey @alineTjeX4_! It sounds like this may not be working as intended. Please reach out to our Support team to get this filed appropriately as either a feature request or as a product issue!

If this is a new product idea, if you have not yet already, I'd recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category, as it is a feature not already developed by our team. Be sure to review the How to Write a Good Product Idea template and our Ideation Guidelines before you post your idea!
