Our initial set up of Qualtrics was done through a different account and since then we have created a shared admin account with which the survey was fully shared and we have shared the distribution lists through the use of groups. Our Qualtrics is integrated with Salesforce and surveys are set up through a trigger.
When we log in with the new admin account and go to the Project>Distributions>Emails page, we are unable to view the details about the specific distributions. The following is seen: Email to Recipient: [You do not have permission to view this recipient]
