How to add a question after a check box if it is selected?
This is my first Qualtrics survey and I need to add a question after a check box if it is selected, as per this screen shot:

you can create separate question and apply display logic over that.

The structure for those questions that is probably best:
Matrix table with text response. Validate number >=0.
Q1. How many of the following period reports do you create?
* Ad hoc
* Daily
* Weekly
* Monthly
* Quarterly
* Half yearly
* Yearly
IF Ad hoc > 0
Multi-select with groups
Who receives these reports?
Group Name: Internal
Only you (custom validate that no others in this group is)
Manager
Senior Manager
Director CIO
Group Name: External
DVC
Head of School
Adacemic
Students
You could split this out into three questions (are these reports... internal or external) then follow up with the two who lists. But that seems like a waste of the respondent's time.
