Hi everyone!

My name is Jose, and I’m so excited to be working with this amazing community again! While I was away I got the opportunity to work with other communities and learn how they solve common community pain points and celebrate their members. Now that I’m back my goal is to apply what I’ve learned to help continue making this community even better by simplifying processes for newer members, implementing ideas that you want to see in the community, and providing new content. I’m looking forward to meet you all and help out in any way that I can!

While I’m not at work, I like to play board games, listen to live music, try different food places, and watch basketball! I just recently moved to Seattle and am already enjoying the stunning views and great coffee.

As I’m getting reacquainted with the role and processes, I’d really like to know what you think about the Experience Community. What are some things that you want to see in this community in 2026?

Welcome back @JoseS - happy you’re among us again!

Regarding your question about what we would like to see in 2026 (and I think you all are already working on that), one thing I’d like would be improvement on the product ideation platform. Evolve is hard to navigate and we don’t have much visibility on what’s going on. I imagine a monthly (or maybe quarterly) report on new product ideas, on ideas that are gaining traction, going forward, etc. - similar to the weekly/monthly product release newsletters, but specifically oriented on customers’ ideas.

welcome back @JoseS ! And yes Seattle is indeed a beautiful town surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests.
