We had an abandon survey which stopped working and I haven't been able to figure out how to get it working again properly. Most specifically, point 3 here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/website-app-feedback/dx-programs/digital-xm-solution-for-commerce/. I do not see a Site Abandonment Intercept anywhere.
Is this a functionality that used to exist but no longer does, what am I missing? Confused as to how we had it working last year when I'm not seeing the options to make an abandonment survey.
I can't be the only one looking for this functionality.
