I´m trying to integrate qualtrics with an existing software, and I need the functionality of being able to redirect url (by a command in the head, "look and feel"), and Javascript in the questions. Can I have this with the Core XM plan?

Yes, if JS is enabled on your user account, then you can achieve this.
