Populate Survey from Captured JSON Event Data

Hello,
I have a JSON event configured and can use the captured data in a custom e-mail containing a survey link. I'd like to be able to modify the survey using the JSON data before distributing the link. A simple example would be adding a static message containing the customer's name or project name at the beginning of the survey. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks for the help!

Scenario: Customer to trigger the JSON link whenever a ticket is closed at their end.
Qualtrics will capture the data passed from SFDC where JSON is triggered and using XM Directory -Distribute Task, email will be sent to customer to provide overall experience.
Ask: If there is a failure in JSON event from SFDC, customer will process all those records at the end of the day in bulk.
How will Qualtrics accept this bulk trigger?
Will it still process one-by-one?
Any help appreciated.
