I have a question regarding the Display Name and footer in a survey:
When I previewed my study using the anonymous distribution link, I noticed that I was shown a wrong Display Name and footer. Now, after correcting them, they are correct in the preview of my study, but when I click on the anonymous link, the wrong Display Name and footer show up again. I tried logging out and back in again to ensure that the changes were saved, but the error occurred again.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Is this still happening? Sometimes there's a temporary lag before the changes take effect in the live link. You might also try a different browser to see if the problem occurs there too.

thank you very much for your answer.
Unfortunately, it´s still happening. Is there any way to fix this or would it help if I created a new study and just copied in all the elements from the original one?
