Error message when connecting to Salesforce account

Hello,
When I try to connect a survey to Salesforce through Tools, I have the following error message:
error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20configuration

The displayed URL is https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=3MVG9Km_cBLhsuPwL1vhoRAbBMsmsp7HGNsRq1FB.NLAFsd.CXv.wjtXgnfbdEZjTPt2anYfHeG935Ek8K280&redirect_uri=https://fra1.qualtrics.com/OAuth.php&state={"user":"UR_beYzEIGMmEk69sV","redirect":"https:\/\/axway.eu.qualtrics.com\/CP","sandbox":false}&display=page

Does anyone know how to fix this?
