How to integrate Successfactor to Qualtrics.

What we need to do is, bring in the employee information data as well as organization hierarchy from SAP Successfactor in to Qualtrics. How can we achieve this?

Hi amir_ansari18! It looks like you were able to get your question resolved by the support team. For anyone else looking to do something similar, you can automate participant updates by using automations in the employee directory or use the 360 API documentation. Looks like the support team also recommended to opt for using automations when updating the employee directory. is there a way also to update Employees Status in Qualtrics?
In particular we need to set Inactive employees in Qualtrics based on SuccessFactors employee status.
