How to Bookmark a Community response for later review | XM Community

I find responses that could be useful later and would like to "bookmark" them. How do I do that? All I get when I click on the star in the space next to my name is that I do not have any bookmarks.

There is a star beside Question, so you can bookmark question as a whole but not response.

Any updates on that book marked question, you will be notified
