I am the University Survey Coordinator here at my institution and we are experiencing some major delays with file uploads into the Course Evaluations module - all of these files are under 25Mb and we have not altered the format at all since our last upload 7 days ago.
We had major issues with our last Main Semester uploads and have since been told that the system can not in fact handle up to 50Mb as stated, but to keep the files less than 40Mb. But that does not seem to have helped in this case.
We have logged a Critical Support ticket - but what I was just trying to gauge is; Is anyone else experiencing these same issues?
